Refunds: At Dolls House Artisan we operate a no-quibble refund guarantee. If you are not happy with the item, just return it - unused, in good order and in its original packaging - within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund you in full, minus the P&P charge. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility (and a refund will not be given) until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage. Goods are returned at your own expense.
Damaged Items: If the item was damaged when you received it, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Replacement items will be sent to you free of P & P. If the wrong item was sent and we agree with you that you will return it to us, we will refund Standard Parcel or 2nd class postage. Please retain your proof of postage.

Providing all items in your order are in stock, we aim to ship as quickly as possible, but please allow 14 days for delivery. For International Orders please allow 28 days for delivery.
